Refund & Cancellation Policy

Resmeo sells one-time digital products (resume generations and edits). Because a resume PDF is delivered instantly and consumes compute and AI resources on generation, our refund policy is outlined below.

Digital delivery

Each purchase entitles you to a specific number of resume generations. A generation is considered delivered the moment your resume PDF is produced and made available for download in your dashboard.

When you are eligible for a refund

• Payment charged but no resume delivered. If your payment succeeds but a technical failure on our side prevents your resume from being generated, you are entitled to a full refund or a free re-generation.
• Duplicate charge. If you were charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate amount is fully refunded.

When refunds do not apply

• The resume was successfully generated and made available for download.
• You are dissatisfied with wording or design choices that can be addressed by editing.
• Edit fees (₹10) once the edited resume has been generated.

Cancellations

Since all plans are one-time purchases and not subscriptions, there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges. You simply pay again when you want another generation.

How to request a refund

Email support@resmeo.app within 7 days of the transaction with your registered email and the payment reference. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
